Rates and taxes

Our prices are set per room and per night, on the basis of single or double occupancy with breakfast, including the 10% VAT and excluding communal and tourist tax.

A communal tax of stay is of 15 MAD per adult and per night added to the room rate as well as the tourist tax of 11 MAD per adult and per night or 2.5€.

These fees/taxes are fully repaid to the town of tangier and to the Moroccan National Tourist Office.

Reservation Rules and Regulation

* Direct payment of your reservation once you arrive or by credit card before confirmation of reservation.

* guaranteed by credit card, validity and code for confirmation of the reservation.

* The balance of the stay will be carried out either by cash, or by Credit card.

* Accepted card types: VISA, MASTER CARD, MAESTRO.

* Late cancellation, No show, Go show:

In case of cancellation within the 48hours of arrival date, or No-Show/ go-show, you will be charged a fee equivalent to one night's accommodation of the booking.

* Early check-in / late check out:

*Early check-in / late check out depends on availability of the day and the type of room reserved
